Today is the first day papa goes on a long journey for job. It will take him months. Too long, right?

I miss him very much just began papa walked out through the door.

I cried but my tears just gained a kiss from mom, not from papa...

"I miss him too." Mom carried me up and told me so.

I watch a TV show named Drake and Josh with aunty's daughter, known as my little sister Lily, at dusk.

It talks about two kids in the same school who's papa and mom got married. And they became a big family.

A big family meant that Drake would have a step-father and Josh would have a step-mother and they would live together.

We like the idea very much so we talk with our parents. They are my mom and Lily's papa. You know Lily'mom is on duty till midnight.

"You two, listen, we want you to get marry right now." I am taller, I am bigger, I am in charge so when Lily stops at we-want-you, I finish for her.

"What?" both the parent and my little aunty and my tutor ask together and they all stare at us.

Okay, I admit it, It is kind of scary now.

Lily stepps behind me but I want to do the same thing to her. It's unfair she has somewhere to hide but I haven't. I look back at her.

"You are bigger. You are in charge now." Lily turns my head to the grown-up.

"Mom? Mom!" I hope mom would understand.

"But what about your papa?" my little aunty asks me and then turns to Lily, "and your mom?"

"We also can let them get married." about this we had a plan before the conversation.

"It is just a step-father thing, you know, just before papa comes home." I tell her.

"And me, just before midnight." Lily continue, "or before bed. Just a step-mother."

"And you call me papa?" Uncle, Lily's papa, asks me.

"No way!" I cry.

"And you call me mom?" Mom asks Lily.

"Never gonna happen!" It's turn for Lily to cry.

"But if we were married... and my wife married her husband. That's the way." Uncle shruggs.

"Step-papa?" "Step-mom?"

"No, just papa and mom." Uncle answers.

Eroh, we look at each other. We never thought that and we don't like that.

"And there were some changes we had to face." Mom sighs, "Lily would stay with us here for ever. And you, my little baby, your aunty, the new mom, would take you home at midnight."

"What?" both of us are shocked.

"Yeah, two new families began and two little kids needed their new parents." Uncle says.

My god! I really, really never thought that before...

I climb on to mom's lap, place my head in her breast. I don't want to go anywhere. This is my mom. It's my home. It's my house.

"No, It doesn't go that way. It would be a bigger family. We would stay together." Lily tries to resist.

"But who is my wife and who is your mom?" Uncle asks.

"Before midnight..."

"No, you are talking about my whole life." Uncle says.

"We are a big family now and we stay together." Mom tells me, "But I love your papa."

"And I love your mom." Uncle says to Lily, "marriage is for the two who love each other."

"I love Lily. Can I marry her?" I ask.

"No way!" Lily gives me a one-word-I-would-kill-you look.

Sometimes Lily is a monster. There is no doubt that monster's papa certainly is a monster. I am glad Uncle is not my step-papa. I don't want a monster papa.

But... I still miss papa. Of course who I miss is my only papa, my own papa. You know, we are talking about my whole life now.
